※The cables listed above bear the same name as the cables packed with the original machine, however, the are not the same. Use only the cables that came with the expansion kit.
・[Expansion Kit] Laser Cable
・[Expansion Kit] X-Axis Cable
・[Expansion Kit] Y-Axis-R Cable
・[Expansion Kit] Y-Axis-L Cable
・[Expansion Kit] Foot Switch Cable
※At this stage, the process differs between 1.6W model and 3.5 W model. Refer to the corresponding section for the model you are working with.
※Refer Laser Circuit Board Wiring (3.5W) for 3.5W.
Wire a total of six types of cables referencing the picture below.
[B-1] ＜PCB Cable＞
[Expansion Kit] ＜Laser Cable＞ ※The opposite side will be wired later.
[Expansion Kit] ＜X-Axis Cable＞ ※The opposite side will be wired later.
[Expansion Kit] ＜Y-Axis-R Cable＞ ※The opposite side will be wired later.
[Expansion Kit] ＜Y-Axis-L Cable＞ ※The opposite side will be wired later.
[Expansion Kit] ＜Foot Switch Cable＞ ※The opposite side will be wired later.
All cables connected.
Gather all PCB case wiring into two [C-1] cable ties. Affix them according to the video below.
Reference picture below for completed view.
When viewed from the underside, completed wiring and [C-1] cable ties should appear as shown below.
Cut off the excess from [C-1] cable ties.
Wire a total of six types of cables referencing the picture below.
