Frame Set for Expansion Manual
The laser cable included in the 1.0m Expansion Kit is an extension of the normal laser cable. See the picture below for how to connect with the normal laser cable and install the corrugate tube.
For mounting boards and connecting cables with PCB case refer to “Mounting of Boards” or “Wiring” in the manual of FABOOL Laser Mini.

Fix with a cable tie catch at the red circles.
Fix with a cable tie catch at the red circles.
Tie the motor cables on the other side at the cable tie catch.
Install a cable tie catch at the red circle.
Install a cable tie catch at the center of V-slot of x-axis.
Install one end of the corrugate tube of laser cable in M4×40 hex socket head cap bolt with two cable ties. Fix the other end of the corrugate tube at the cable tie catch installed in the center of V-slot of X-axis.
Referencing the picture below, fix the laser cable and motor cable of x-axis at the cable tie catch.
Refer to the “Installation of Laser Head” in the normal FABOOL Laser Mini manual to install laser unit. Assembly complete.
