Assembly Procedure

Bottom Part Assembly

Referring to the picture, attach the [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, and [9] 315mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm together using 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, and 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets.

Stand the main body frame as it’s shown in the picture.

Insert 7 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, 4 of the nuts on the left side and 3 on the right side.

Return the frame to the original position.

Attach 2 [11] 170mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the frame with 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, 8 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, and 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets. Fix them temporarily as shown in the picture, since they will need to be adjusted later in the process.

Attach [9] 315mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the frame with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, and a [29] Right-Angle Bracket.

Attach [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the frame with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, and a [29] Right-Angle Bracket.

Insert 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts to the inner parts of either of [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm.

Insert 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts to 170mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, one for each place shown in the picture.

Insert 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts to [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, and attach 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on either side of the frame with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.

Insert 5 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts on the back side which has 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets installed, a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut on the upside.

Place the frame as the side with 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets (red-circled) comes front and the side with a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut comes bottom, and attach [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the frame. Attach it with 6 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts , 6 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws and 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets. Tack the 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets (blue-circled) temporarily.

Insert a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut to the either inner side of [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm.

Insert 6 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in total to [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm, 3 each in the upper part and the bottom part.

Insert 4 [139] M4 Pre-Assembly Nut (pointed by blue arrows) and 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts (pointed by red arrows) in the back side of the surface with a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut in the step before.

Attach [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, which were already inserted, 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws and 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets.

Make sure to attach the [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm in a position 370mm apart from the tips.
