Attach 2 [44] Timing Pulleys on the [35] Wheel Plate y-axis with 4 [134] Set Screws. Make sure to place the either side of the threaded screw hole is right on the shaft notch of [33] Stepper Motor.
Attach [45] Timing Belt 900mm on the V-slot with 2 [91] M5 Post-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws. Make sure that the uneven side of [45] Timing Belt 900mm is set on the tooth of the [44] Timing Pulley.
Attach [46] Timing Belt 650mm on the V-slot with 2 [91] M5 Post-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws. Make sure that the uneven side of [46] Timing Belt 650mm is set on the tooth of the [44] Timing Pulley.
Repeat the Timing Belt Installation steps for the opposite side. The machine will not work properly if the belt seems loose as shown in the photo.
