Attach 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on the either end of the [8] 529mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Attach onto the other 2 pieces of the frame similarly.
Insert and attach 3 [8] 529mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the [5] 810mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm. Tack [8] 529mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm located in the middle since position of that will be adjusted in the after process.
Insert a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut each in the outside surface of [8] 529mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm.
Attach [5] 810mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm.
Tack the hinges, installed on the main body frame in advance, with 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Referring to the picture, slide the hinge parts and attach on the outside surface of [5] 810mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm.
Adjust the frame so as to make it to be located in the middle and fix it with screws.
Referring to the picture, put [87] M5x25 Low Head Screw, [117] M5 Washers and [37] Gas Spring.
Attach the [37] Gas Spring on the top part of the main body frame with [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut installed in advance.
As for the installation position on the main body frame side, refer to the picture and fix it in the position 70mm apart from the frame.
Fix the opposite side of the [37] Gas Spring on the top cover frame with [87] M5x25 Low Head Screws and [117] M5 Washers.
As for the installation position on the main body frame side, refer to the picture and fix it in the position 180mm apart from the frame.
Re-adjust the positon of [37] Gas Spring if the door doesn’t close like shown in the picture.
Insert 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in the backside of the [6] 810mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on [127] top cover.
Insert 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in the frontside of the [6] 810mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on [127] top cover.
Place 2 [127] top covers and move 8 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts to the position of the holes.
Use 6 [85] M5x8 Low Head Screws to fix the parts except for 2 spots in the front-middle side.
* Try not to tighten the screw too much since the top cover can be broken.
Attach the handle with 2 [105] M5x12 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Adjust the Aluminum Frame tacked in the middle of top cover to the middle of the handle and fix it.
Referring to the position in the picture, attach the magnet with [100] M3x12 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw and [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nut.
Adjust the magnet so as to make the distance between the magnet and the Door switch on the [80] Switch Cable becomes minimum.
Referring to the position in the picture, attach the magnet with [100] M3x12 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw and [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nut.
Adjust the magnet so as to make the distance between the magnet and the Magnet switch on the [76] Laser Cable becomes minimum.
