Assembly Procedure

2nd Reflecting Mirror Adjustment

Attach 2nd Reflecting Mirror on the mirror mount.

Irradiate toward 3rd Reflecting Mirror.

Try from the close distance likewise the procedure of irradiation toward 2nd mirror mount.

Next, move the x-axis unit to the center of processing area.

Adjust 2nd mirror mount depending on the divergence occured. If the mirror mount is deviated greatly, adjust the 2nd mirror mount by turning the alminum frame itself gradually as it shown in the picture. Slight adjustment can be done by fixing the adjustment screw on the mirror mount.Try irradiation in short and long distance and correct the divergence one by one.

If the mirror mount is deviated greatly toward side direction, adjust it by turning the 2nd mirror mount gradually as it shown in the picture.

After the adjustment, make sure that 2nd mirror mount can irradiate the center of the 3rd reflecting mirror.

3rd Reflecting Mirror Adjustment

Attach 3rd Reflecting Mirror on the mirror mount.

Slight adjustment can be done by fixing the adjustment screw on the mirror mount. After the adjustment, make sure that 3rd mirror mount can irradiate the center of the laser head.

Irradiate in every corner of the processing area and make sure that 3rd mirror mount can irradiate the center of the laser head.

Focus Lens Installation

Attach [39]Focus Lens on the mirror mount.*Make sure that the [39]Focus Lens is facing the right direction. The swollen side is the upper part.

Attach [39] Focus Lens, and the optical axis adjustment procedure is now completed.
