Attach motor mount plate x-axis to Stepper motor in the direction as shown in the picture.
Make sure the M3 Washer can get in between the M3x8 hexagon socket head cap screw and the acrylic plate.
Tighten the screws at the 4 points similarly.

This is the order of assembly.
Please put 625-2RS to smooth idler pulley’s one side.There is no specific direction.
Then please put M5×30 hexagon socket head cap screw that come the head to the inserted side of the bearing 625-2RSM5×30
Put the 3.5mm spacer. These two spacers prevents the interference of the two bearings.
Put the 625-2RS bearing
smooth idler pulley assemble is completed.
As you can see the picture, please put the smooth idler pulley into the hole. Don’t forget to put 3.5mm spacer between acrylic and smooth idler pulley.
Tighten it using hexagon wrench and spanner.
Then Idler unit is completed. The remaining 2 of the idler unit are assembled using the same acrylic plate and the same assembly procedure.
Stick the timing pulley through the stepping motor’s shaft.We will adjust the position at the rest of the process later so do not fully tighten.
