Please insert M5 T-nuts (total of four) to the position this picture.
In advance, please also insert M5 T-nuts (total of six) on the other side. (Foot, pcb mount for fixing)
Please secure the frame by Brackets and M5x8 hexagon socket head cap screw.
Please install keeping at a right angle.

With care to the orientation, please through the timing belt as shown in the direction like this picture.
Same as in the case of “X-axis driving part’s installation“, please secure by using an about 20mm cable tie.
On the other side please throuth the belt in the same way. In this case be carefull the belt is not twisted.
Then please secure with an about 20mm cable tie.
With care to the orientation, please throuth the timing belt as shown in the direction of the photograph.
Same as in the case of “X-axis driving part’s installation“, please secure by using an about 20mm cable tie.
On the other side please through the belt in the same way. In this case be careful the belt is not twisted.
Then please secure with an about 20mm cable tie.
Please cut the excess part of the cable tie, the motor side is the same approach.
Please attach the X-axis unit to the frame.
With care to the orientation please install the X-axis unit to the frame by sliding. Slide to fit the groove of 400mm V-slot and mini v wheel.
Please refer to the “X-axis assemnbly“.

In advance, please also insert M5 T-nuts (total of four) on the other side. (Foot for fixed)
Please secure the frame by Brackets and M5x8 hexagon socket head cap screw. And the same as before, install keeping at a right angle.
From now we called this unit “body”.

Please attach the food to the body. Now you can use the M5 T-nuts that had been put in the frame. ( total of eight)
Please put M5 washer between the M5x8 hexagon socket head cap screw and the foot, then fix them.
Please be attached to the same position like this picture. ( the center of the foot is from the end to 45mm)
Then please secure the foot in the same way (total of four places).
