Attach 2 [53] Limit Mounts on the front side of [1] V-slot 848mm with 4 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws and 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts inserted in advance.Leave a Nut on the left. Make sure that [53] Limit Mounts are facing the right direction. Install the [53] Limit Mounts roughly in the position shown in the picture since you will adjust the position later on.
Attach [53] Limit Mount on the [1] V-slot 780mm on the right-middle side of the main body frame with 2 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws and 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts inserted in advance. Make sure that the [53] Limit Mount is facing the right direction.
Attach [52] Limit Mount y1 on the [6] 800mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the right-top side of the main body frame with 2 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws and 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts inserted in advance.
Detach the Cable Carrier Installation Brackets installed on either ends of [23] Cable Carrier x-axis and [24] Cable Carrier y-axis. Use flat-bladed screwdriver for easy removal.
Work with care not to be injured when you handle the flat-bladed screwdriver.
Cable Carrier Installation Brackets have 2 kinds; Male parts and Female parts. Pay attention and try not to use the wrong one.
Attach [54] Carrier Mount x-axis on the [34] Wheel Plate y-axis with 2 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws.
Attach [54] Carrier Mount x-axis on the backside of [1] V-slot 848mm with 2 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws and 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts inserted in advance. Install [54] Carrier Mount x-axis on the middle of the main body frame.
Attach the female part of the Cable Carrier x-axis Installation Bracket with 2 [102] M4x10 Hex Socket Countersunk Head Cap Screws and 2 [114] M4 Nuts.
Attach the male part of the Cable Carrier x-axis Installation Bracket with 2 [102] M4x10 Hex Socket Countersunk Head Cap Screws and 2 [114] M4 Nuts.
Attach the female part of the Cable Carrier y-axis Installation Bracket on the [55] Carrier Mount y-axis with 2 [102] M4x10 Hex Socket Countersunk Head Cap Screws.
Assemble 2 sets to make them symmetry.
Attach [55] Carrier Mount y-axis on the [35] Wheel Plate y-axis with 2 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws. Refer to the picture for the direction of installation of the parts.
Likewise on the opposite side, attach [55] Carrier Mount y-axis with 2 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws. Refer to the picture for the direction of installation of the parts.
Attach the male part of the Cable Carrier y-axis Installation Bracket on [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm with 2 [102] M4x10 Hex Socket Countersunk Head Cap Screws and 2 [114] M4 Nuts inserted in advance.
Adjust the position of upper/ bottom Cable Carrier Installation Brackets so as to be alligned as a straight line and attach them.
Attach the male part of the Cable Carrier y-axis Installation Bracket on [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm with 2 [114] M4 Nuts inserted in advance and 2 [102] M4x10 Hex Socket Countersunk Head Cap Screws.
Adjust the position of upper/ bottom Cable Carrier Installation Brackets so as to be alligned as a straight line and attach them.
