Only three wheels are used for one mini v plate for normal FABOOL Laser Mini, but four wheels are used for one y-axis mini v plate for 1.0m extension kit.
For holes circled in red, install wheels equipped with eccentric spacer, and for blue-circled holes, use normal spacers.
Check the structure of the wheel. Ensure the correct order and orientation. There are two wheels equipped with eccentric spacers and two wheels equipped with normal spacers.
This is the wheel equipped with eccentric spacer.
This is the wheel equipped with normal spacer.
Install the wheel with eccentric spacer. First, insert the M5×25 low head bolt in installation holes in the direction shown in the picture.
Insert the eccentric spacer in M5×25 low head bolt. Ensure correct orientation of eccentric spacer. Part of the eccentric spacer should go into the hole.
Insert sim for mini v wheel. There is no particular orientation.
Insert wheel. There is no particular orientation.
Install M5 nylon nut. Ensure correct orientation.
Tighten with a spanner and wrench.
Install all four wheels.
Install wheels with eccentric spacer in holes indicated in red, and wheels with normal spacer in blue-circled spacer.
Install four wheels in the same manner as before.
