Referring to the picture, insert 3 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts each in the [6] 800mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm.
Attach [125] Cover front on the front of the main body frame with 8 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts inserted in advance and 8 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws.
Attach [39] Cable Catch on the main body frame with [97] M3x6 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw and [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nut. Refer to the picture to know how to install it.
Attach 3 [39] Cable Catches on right side of the main body frame with 3 [97] M3x6 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws and 3 [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nuts.
Attach 3 [39] Cable Catches on [1] V-slot 848mm with 3 [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nuts and 3 [97] M3x6 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Attach a [39] Cable Catch on left side of the main body frame with a [97] M3x6 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw and a [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nut.
Attach 5 [39] Cable Catches on the position shown in the picture with 5 [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nuts and 5 [97] M3x6 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Attach 3 [39] Cable Catches on the position shown in the picture with 3 [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nuts and 3 [97] M3x6 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Attach a [39] Cable Catch on the position shown in the picture with a [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nut and a [97] M3x6 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw.
Fix the following parts on the attached [39] Cable Catches with [38] Cable Ties.
• [27] Polyurethane Tube
• [77] X-Motor Cable
• [Optional]Pointer Cable
Fix the following parts on the attached [39] Cable Catches with [38] Cable Ties.
• [27] Polyurethane Tube
• [77] X-Motor Cable
• [Optional]Pointer Cable
• [78] Y-Motor-L Cable
Attach Switch [80] Switch Cable referring to the picture. Attach the switch on [53] Limit Mount with 2 [95] M2x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, and the magnet with a [100] M3x12 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw and a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut, in a position/ direction shown in the picture.
Attach the [65] AC-Switch Cable on the [125] Cover front. Insert it in a direction shown in the picture.
Referring to the picture, fix the [65] AC-Switch Cable on the [125] Cover front. Insert as far as it will go so as to fix it properly on the sheet metal.
* The picture shows that the switch in OFF. Make sure the switch to be OFF when you assemble it.
Fix the following parts on the attached [39] Cable Catches with [38] Cable Ties.
• [65] AC-Switch Cable
• [80] Switch Cable
• [79] Y-Motor-R Cable
Attach [81] Y1-Limit Cable on [52] Limit Mount y1 with 2 [95] M2x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, in a direction shown in the picture.
Fix [81] Y1-Limit Cable and the following cables together with [38] Cable Ties.
• [65] AC-Switch Cable
• [80] Switch Cable
• [79] Y-Motor-R Cable
Attach [122] Cover right with 6 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts installed in advance and 6 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws.
Attach [21] LED DC Fan on the [122] Cover right with 4 [103] M4x30 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Attach [121] Cover left with 6 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts installed in advance and 6 [84] M5x6 Low Head Screws.
Attach [63] AC-Main Cable on [121] Cover left with 2 [99] M3x10 Hex Socket Countersunk Head Cap Screws and 2 [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nuts.
Detach the Nut of [93] Panel Touch Connector.
Connect the [27] Polyurethane Tube to the [93] Panel Touch Connector. Cut off the surplus length of the tube.
