Detach the screws fixing the [28] Laser Tube Mount.
Assemble the parts in following order; the bottom of [28] Laser Tube Mount, [56] Tube Mount, [110] M10 Washers and [109] M10x10 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw. Make sure that the [56] Tube Mount is facing the right direction.
Assemble 2 sets.
Attach the assembled [56] Tube Mount on the middle [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm on the backside of main body frame with 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts installed in advance and 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws. Leave a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut on the left side. Tack them on the position shown in the picture since the position will be adjusted in after process.
Place the [17] Laser Tube on the [28] Laser Tube Mount in a position that the gold part of the tip of the tube comes left.
Also make sure for the gold junction for hose(red-circled part) to look down when you attach it.
Referring to the picture, fix it on within the part surrounded by plastic tapes aroud the tube. Attach the top part [28] Laser Tube Mount detached in the former process.
* Try not to tighten the screw too much. Laser tube can be broken since it is made of glass.
Attach the [17] Laser Tube in a position as right([121] Cover Left side) as you can, on the main body.
* If the tube is placed too close to the [121] Cover Left, the [32] Mirror Mount will hardly be installed.
After the installation, make sure that the [17] Laser Tube is fixed properly and doesn’t move. If it’s not fixed enough, tighten the screws to fix.
* Try not to tighten the screw too much. Laser tube can be broken since it is made of glass.
Attach the [39] Cable Catch with [89] M3 Post-Assembly Nut and [97] M3x6 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw.
Connect the [17] Laser Tube and the connector of [18] Power For Laser.
Put the Cables together with 3 [39] Cable Catches and fix the [39] Cable Catches and one part of [38] Cable Ties.
