Attach [12] 145mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm with 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws and 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets.
Attach 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on [12] 145mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, facing the direction shown in the picture, with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw. You need to use them in the after process. Attach 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws on the [29] Right-Angle Brackets installed in the former step.
Likewise, attach [12] 145mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm with 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws and 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on the opposite side.
Attach 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on [12] 145mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, in the direction shown in the picture, with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws. You need to use them in the after process. Attach 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws on the pre-installed [29] Right-Angle Brackets.
Attach a [29] Right-Angle Bracket on [9] 315mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, in the direction shown in the picture, with a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut and a [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw. You need to use them in the after process. Attach a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut and a [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw on the pre-installed [29] Right-Angle Bracket.
Likewise, attach a [29] Right-Angle Bracket on [9] 315mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm with a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut and [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw. You need to use them in the after process. Attach a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut and a [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw on the pre-installed [29] Right-Angle Bracket.
Place the [126] Inner acrylic, assembled in the “”Inner Acrylic Equipment Installation“” section, to fit in the ditch of [12] 145mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm. Make sure that the [126] Inner acrylic is facing the right direction.
Install [2]V-slot 780mm. Attach it in order to fit it into the [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts installed on the [29] Right-Angle Brackets.
Adjust the position of [29] Right-Angle Brackets to make them horizontally, placing the bottom face of [2] V-slot 780mm145mm high above from the top panel of the bottom part of the main body frame.
Likewise on the opposite side, attach [2]V-slot 780mm in order to fit it into the [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts installed on the [29] Right-Angle Brackets.
Adjust the position of [29] Right-Angle Brackets to make them horizontally, placing the bottom face of [2] V-slot 780mm145mm high above from the top panel of the bottom part of the main body frame.
Referring to the picture, place 5 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in the nearest ditch of the [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm. Attach 4 [29] Right-Angle Brackets, 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws on the upper and lower ends of the [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm. Attach 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws on the pre-installed [29] Right-Angle Brackets.
Install them on the main body frame referring to the picture. Make sure to place the [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, inserted in the former process, are in the ditch on the upper side of the back shown in the picture.
Adjust the position of [29] Right-Angle Brackets to make them horizontally, placing the bottom face of [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm 145mm high above from the top panel of the bottom part of the main body frame.
Attach 6 [29] Right-Angle Brackets in total with 6 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 6 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws on the both ends of the [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm.
Change the [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm in the position to the opposite side, and insert 3 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in the bottom ditch.
Insert a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut (4 in total) in each part of the [2]V-slot 780mm shown in the picture.
Attach the [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm which has 6 Brackets installed in the former process on the top part of [126] Inner acrylic. Make sure that the Aluminium Frame is facing the direction same as the picture.
* Insert the [126] Inner acrylic to fit it in the ditch of the [3] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*40mm.
Attach the Frame with 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws using [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts inserted in the former process.
Referring to the picture, adjust the distance between [3] 860mm Aluminum Frames 20*40mm to be 170mm.
* If the frames are out of position described above, loosen the [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws and adjust/ fix them again.
Attach a [29] Right-Angle Bracket on the [2]V-slot 780mm with a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut and a [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw.
Likewise on the opposite side, attach a [29] Right-Angle Bracket on the [2]V-slot 780mm with a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut and a [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw.
Attach [13] 90mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the [29] Right-Angle Brackets installed in the former process with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Attach 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on [13] 90mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Likewise on the opposite side, attach [13] 90mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Attach 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on [13] 90mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Referring to the picture, place 7 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in total. Then Attach 2 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on bottom part of either ends with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Install that, in a position shown in the picture, with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Insert [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in the ditch of [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm. Insert 14 of them in total, 2 on the frontside, 7 on the backside, 3 on the top and 2 on the bottom.
Attach [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm with 14 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in total on the frame referring to the picture. Make sure that the frame is in the correct position, referring to the number of [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut. Attach it with 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws, using 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts inserted on the bottom.
Attach a [29] Right-Angle Bracket, using a bracket with [6] 800mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm already installed, with 3 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 3 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Place a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut (already inserted in the former process) and a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut in the inner side of the [6] 800mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm in the position shown in the picture, and attach them with a [29] Right-Angle Bracket and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Likewise on the opposite side, attach a [29] Right-Angle Bracket, using a bracket with [6] 800mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm already installed, with 3 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 3 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Place a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut (already inserted in the former process) and a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut in the inner side of the [6] 800mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm in the position shown in the picture, and attach them with a [29] Right-Angle Bracket and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.
Adjust the distance between [4] 860mm Aluminum Frames 20*20mm to be 170mm.
* If the frames are out of position described above, loosen the [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws and adjust/ fix them again.
Likewise on the opposite side, adjust the distance between [4] 860mm Aluminum Frames 20*20mm to be 170mm.
