Assembly Procedure

XY-axis unit adjustment

Insert the XY Axis Unit, assembled in the “”XY Axis Unit Assembly“” section, in the position shown in the picture. Use a level and check that the XY Axis Unit is not tilted. Check at as far end on the XY Axis Unit as you can.

Adjust the height of [2] V-slot 780mm if the x-axis is tilted.

If the axis is tilted in a y-axis direction, adjust the [34] Wheel Plate x-axis/ [35] Wheel Plate y-axis in the direction of rotation. Check whether it’s tilted by placing a level perpendicular to the XY Axis Unit.

If it’s tilted, loosen the [86] M5x10 Low Head Screw fixing the [35] Wheel Plate y-axis and [1] V-slot 848mm to adjust.

Top part Assembly

Insert 12 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts in total into the position shown in the picture. Insert 3 of the Nuts in the ditch of [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm installed on the bottom.

Insert a Nut in the ditch of [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm installed on the top.

Likewise on the opposite side, insert 3 of the Nuts in the ditch of [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm installed on the bottom.

Insert 3 Nuts in the ditch of [6] 800mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm installed on the top, and a Nut each in the upper and bottom ditch of [2] V-slot 780mm installed on the middle.

Attach 3 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on the [10] 295mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm, in the direction shown in the picture, with 3 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 3 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws. Assemble 2 sets.

Attach [10] 295mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm with [29] Right-Angle Brackets installed in the former process on the main body frame, referring to the picture. Insert a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut in each part (pointed by arrows, 3 in total) and attach them with 3 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw.

Make sure that the distance between [2] V-slot 780mm and [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the bottom is 145mm.

Likewise on the opposite side, attach [10] 295mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the frame. Insert a [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nut in each part (pointed by arrows, 3 in total) and attach them with 3 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw.

Make sure that the distance between [2] V-slot 780mm and [7] 780mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm on the bottom is 145mm.

Attach 4 [29] Right-Angle Brackets on the position shown in the picture with 4 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 4 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.

Insert [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, 14 in total, in the [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm. 4 in the front, 5 in the back, 2 in the top panel and 3 in the bottom face.

Make sure that the the number of Nuts on the front side is 4 and on the top panel is 2, and attach them with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.

Insert [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts, 8 in total, in the [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm. 4 in the front, 2 in the back and 2 in the bottom face.

Make sure that the the number of Nuts on the front side is 4 and on the bottom face is 2, and attach them with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [31] M5x8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screws.

Attach [48] Thin Bracket on the [4] 860mm Aluminum Frame 20*20mm installed in the former process. Attach it with 2 [30] M5 Pre-Assembly Nuts and 2 [85] M5x8 Low Head Screw inserted in the former process. Make sure to fix it in the middle.

Top
