FABOOL Laser DS (2018/08~) Manual
Please check and do the maintenance of the below points every time before using FABOOL Laser DS.
!!Always unplug the power cable before performing maintenance!!
Check that there is no dust or rubbish under the working bed. If there is, remove the Prefated Metal and clean.
Check cleanliness of the Reflecting Mirror / Focus Lens. If they are dirty, clean them carefully with a soft cloth to avoid touching the lens. (Please wash your hands well before and after the cleaning.)
Check cleanliness of the (V-slot) axis for dirt / residue. Wipe off dust and residue with a cloth or paper as needed. Using silicon spray helps it to slide more smoothly.
Please do the following check and maintenance once every two weeks or every month, depending on the frequency of use.
Tightness of timing belt. If it is loose, tighten it again.
Check cleanliness of timing pulley. If it is dirty, wipe with a cloth.
Check optical axis. If the optical axis is misaligned, follow the instructions in the [Optical Axis Adjustment] section and adjust again.
