Bring the [204]Tester out of the package.
Detach the screws with phillips head screwdriver.
Pull out the battery cable.
Connet the battery cable to the battery.
Place the battery in the container.
Close the cover of the battery with phillips head screwdriver.
Connect the test pins for tester. Black one for “COM”, and Red one for “VΩｍA”.
Turn the center dial from the original position to the red marked area.
Try touching the tips of test pins and make sure the buzzer sounds.
Use the tester as it shown in the picture to check the cunduction.
Referring to the picture, touch the test pins on the ground part of AC-Main Cable and [144]M5×8 Hex Socket Head Cap Screw with 2 kinds of Ground Cables installed. Conduction is confirmed when the buzzer sounds.
In case the buzzer doesn’t sound, there are possibilities that screws need to be tightened or the wiring is wrong. Try the tester again after tightening the screw and checking the wiring.
Referring to the picture, touch the test pins on the ground part of AC-Main Cable and the screw located on the top left side of terminal block. Conduction is confirmed when the buzzer sounds.
※ In case the buzzer doesn’t sound, there are possibilities that screws need to be tightened or the wiring is wrong. Try the tester again after tightening the screw and checking the wiring.
Before the confirmation procedure, turn ON the switch of AC-Main Cable and Push-Button Switch.
Referring to the picture, touch the test pins on the right terminal block of the ground part of AC-Main Cable and Switching Power supply “+V”. Conduction is confirmed when the buzzer DOESN’T sound.
※In case the buzzer SOUNDS, DO NOT turn the power on because the battery is in short-circuit. There are possibilities that the wiring is wrong, so try the tester again after checking the wiring.
