Smart Laser Mini Manual
Before the laser processing, adjust the distance of the object and the laser module.
If you prepare yourself a safety cover, please prepare a metal bed under the stuff. (Such as stainless steel, aluminum)
It is very dangerous moving cut or laser light out of the stuff. Please be avoided to use flammable materials or acrylic.
Place the stuff on the bed.
Please use the screw that is enclosed by a red in the picture to adjust the height. Please do not move the screws that hold the laser cover.
Refer to “the mounting of laser module“, place the adjustment acrylic as shown in the photograph. Fix the laser cover that makes the acrylic attach to the ground with the screws. Now height adjustment is completed.
Remove the adjustment acrylic.
Please make sure that the smart laser mini is covered with protective enclosure. Mount a limit switch on the opening and closing door. Please use a structure in which the laser light does not come out when open the door.
