From the 450mm V-slot remove the X-axis unit of the mini v wheel unit. Be careful with the direction. Stick the timing belt through it in the direction as shown in the picture.
Loop it by approximately 20mm in the direction as shown in the picture.
Fix the looped part of the timing belt using the cable tie. Do the same to the opposite part. At this time, face the uneven part to the V-slot and make sure there is not twirled part.
Cut the excess of the cable tie using a nipper or scissors.
To avoid the timing belt from rolling up, slide the mini v wheel unit into the 450mm V-slot.
To connect the mini v plate x-axis, slide in the T nuts in the position as shown in the picture.
Use the low head screw and fix the mini v plate y-axis in place as shown in the picture. At the time, adjust the 450mm V-slot end face and the acrylic part’s end face so that it face each other.
Be careful with the direction of the mini v plate y-axis. The big hole should be at the outer side.
Try to install it concurringly if possible.

Slide in the M5 nuts to the parts that are red circled.
This is where you should insert it.
Install the motor unit to the motor unit’s side as shown in the picture.Make sure the M5 washer would fit in betwenn the M5x10 hexagon socket hex cap bolt and the acrylic plate. Do the same with the other 2 places.
Roughly, adjust the inside part of the [mini v plate y-axis] “It installed already” and the inside part of the [motor mount plate x-axis] same place(As you can see the red line parton the picture). There is no problem with the location because we will adjust it at later procedure.
Match the center of the timing pulley and the 450mm V-slot(picture’s red line part). After you match them, tighten the timing pulley’s set screw and fix it in its shaft.
Install the idler unit at the opposite site of the motor. Make sure the M5 washer would fit in between the M5x10 hexagon socket hex cap bolt and the acrylic plate. Do the same to the other 2 places. At the next procedure, we will install the timing belt.
Install the timing belt. Make sure the uneven part is facing the inner side. It should pass through the V-slot’s trench.
Install the timing belt to the idler too.
After you secure the belt to the idler, while pushing the outer side of the idler unit, stretch the timing belt and fix it to the idler unit.
X-axis installation is completed.
