Y-axis mini v wheel unit adjustment

Y-axis minni v wheel unit adjustment

Please tighten up the mini v wheel units of total four places that had been loosened.
The adjustment of V-slot will be easy to understand if you refer to the “V-slot adjustment“.

There are total four mini v wheel units on the outside of motor side and idler side. Then please adjust the four mini v wheel units to make V-slot connect the ground.

Please press the both sides of the mini v wheel units when you tighten them up to make sure the V-slot close to the ground.
Try to move up and down to make sure that there is no backlash. Please loosen the mini v wheel of the same place and do the same work again. Because if there is a backlash or clearanc, it will affect the vibtation and behavior.

There are total four mini v wheel units on the outside of motor side and idler side. Then please adjust the four mini v wheel nuits to make V-slot connect the ground.
