Please attach the mini v wheel unit to the “mini v plate Y-axis'” of the “X-axis unit” that you have assembled in the previous process.
The following is the order to install a mini v wheel. (From right)
Here is the installation position as shown in figure. Because we need to adjust the four mini v wheel units of outside (enclosed in red) in a later step, please do not fully tighten them. There are also a total of four inside (enclosed in blue), please tighten them completely.
Before attaching to mini v plate Y-axis (acrylic), please through M5x30 hexagon socket head cap screw until M5 washer.
Please be careful in orientation, then tighten with hex key and spanner. (Motor side)
Please install the four places in the same way, but leave outside two places loosening to adjust in a later step.
With care to the orientation please do the same operation on the idler. Leave outside two places loosening as a adjustment.
In this way, the installation of Y-axis mini v wheel unit is completed.
